A.J. Koss

A.J. is a member of our Financial Services and Enterprise Technology practices.

He has worked with some of the largest financial services firms in the world, leading transformations of their enterprise technology organizations. His work primarily focuses on AI and agentic foundations, modernizing the software development lifecycle, and technology cost management—helping clients build the platforms and engineering practices needed to deploy AI and agentic capabilities at scale while driving greater efficiency across their technology spend.

Prior to joining Bain, A.J. was a Captain in the U.S. Army, serving as an infantry officer for eight years. He holds a B.S. from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business.
