Dr. Bent Lüngen is a member of Bain's Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences practices.
Bent has more than 20 years of international consulting experience. He has particularly extensive expertise in advising clients on growth, sales and customer excellence strategies, as well as in overall organizational and digital transformation programs.
He holds additional strong expertise in cost and performance improvement, claims and care management and digital health.
He studied business administration at the Harvard Business School and at the University of Hamburg, where he earned his PhD.
