His work spans corporate strategy, business unit strategy and growth-led transformations, including helping companies build their next growth engines (i.e. Engine 2). He has focused extensively on how cultivating a Founder’s Mentality is a key foundation for sustained growth.
As head of the BIE, Dunigan helps spark innovation and build businesses at the intersection of large corporations, startups, venture capitalists, and other innovators.
He advises clients across a range of industries, most recently leading growth strategy engagements in the technology, telecom, financial services, mobility, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
Dunigan’s more than 20 years of experience span India, Japan, Europe and the United States.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Philosophy and Economics from Williams College.
