Jim Drews is a membre of Bain & Company’s Consumer Products practice.
He has more than 10 years of management consulting experience with Bain, working with clients to solve critical strategic and operational issues.
Jim advises consumer products clients across a variety of categories, working with both large, global companies as well as smaller, emerging brands. He works with clients to address a variety of issues, including growth strategy, revenue management, distribution & assortment, sales execution, business transformations, value creation plans, M&A and organization design.
Prior to Bain, Jim spent time at an economic consulting firm where he spent time in the healthcare industry.
He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Economics from Colby College.
