Kenji has more than 20 years of management consulting experience and delivers strategies that work for industry leaders.
Kenji works with multinational and Japanese clients across a variety of consumer-centric industries, such as consumer goods (food, cosmetics and apparel), retail, luxury goods, consumer electronics and retail banking.
He has extensive experience advising clients on a wide range of topics, including corporate turnaround, growth strategies, sales and distribution capabilities improvement and business model re-definition.
Prior to joining Bain, Kenji worked for an international strategy consulting firm in Paris and San Francisco, where he served as Executive Vice President for Asia-Pacific and established the firm's Tokyo and Shanghai offices.
Kenji earned a Master's Degree in Business Management from ESCP Europe (France).
