He has more than 12 years of management consulting experience, working with senior executives and management teams to address their most pressing strategic issues.
Marc focuses on industrial goods and services, with a particular focus on capital intensive industries. His primary focus is in mining, but has also advised clients on oil & gas and chemicals. He focuses on issues including performance improvement, asset-level strategy, supply chain, procurement and major project optimization.
Additionally, Marc has experience in organizational and operating model design, salesforce and channel effectiveness and corporate strategy.
Prior to joining Bain in 2006, he worked as the district sales manager of a consumer products organization.
He holds a bachelor’s degree, with high distinction, from the University of Toronto.
