Marie Boon-Falleur

Marie Boon-Falleur is a member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences, Customer and Sustainability & Responsibility practices.

Marie has more than a decade of management consulting experience across multiple Bain offices in Europe and in the US. Dedicated to supporting our Healthcare clients, she is passionate about creating long-lasting results with executives willing to embrace change.

By working across med tech, payers, providers, and healthcare services, Marie understands the blurring lines in the healthcare ecosystem and how it impacts the future of her clients and the strategies they should deploy.

Her foremost client engagements have included:

• Leading a transformation effort for a public diagnostic company, including transformation office set-up, go-to-market redesign, organizational redesign, and performance improvement 
• Defining a new and ambitious corporate strategy for one of the largest healthcare companies in the US

In addition to her client work, Marie leads our internal leadership and teaming efforts in New York.

Marie has a master's degree in Business Engineering from LSM and a CEMS Master's in International Management.
