Michael Staebe

Michael Staebe is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice and brings over 25 years of management consulting experience. He advises leading industrial companies as well as private equity investors and their portfolio companies on strategic, operational, and organizational topics.

His focus spans machinery and plant engineering, steel, copper, packaging, construction and building materials, and industrial services. He collaborates with both mid-sized firms and global corporations.

Michael has extensive international experience in shaping and executing growth strategies, complex reorganization and restructuring programs, and end-to-end value creation plans. He also has experience in portfolio and ownership strategy, B2B customer experience and commercial excellence, and organization and operating model design

Michael studied history and literature in Germany and the United States and earned an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management.
