She has more than 10 years of management consulting experience with Bain and prior to New York worked in the firm’s Moscow office.
Nadya has extensive experience in M&A covering acquisition strategy, due diligence and post-merger integration, in addition to organization, customer strategy and marketing.
She advises clients across a variety of industries, with focus on consumer products and retail sectors, eCommerce and digital marketing capabilities. She also has deep expertise in commercial due diligence for private equity, hedge fund and corporate clients .
She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School. During her two years at business school, she completed an internship at Warner Music Group, where she focused on Digital Strategy and Business Development.
