Phillip Roberts

Phillip Roberts is an expert in the firm’s Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Energy & Natural Resources practices and a leader for Innovation & Product Development in Bain’s Performance Improvement practice. 

Phillip has over 15 years of consulting experience. He primarily advises clients across the industrials sphere on procurement, operational full potential programs, as well as major reorganization and restructuring programs. He has also led several due diligence initiatives for private equity clients. 

He holds an MBA from Columbia University and a Master of Economics and Management from Witten/Herdecke University.
