Fernanda Lima is a principal in our Financial Services, Retail and Performance Improvement practices, based in Mexico City.

She specializes in transformation initiatives, with recent client engagements involving sustained cost transformation, contact center optimization and supplier management. While at the firm, she has led a 3% direct cost improvement for a Fortune 100 specialty retailer.

Apart from her client work, she is the Women at Bain Mexico City office champion.

Prior to joining the firm, she held roles in investment banking and financial risk analysis.

Fernanda holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and both an MSc and a BS in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio).

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling across the Americas to spend time with her family, including one child.
