Ramon Herrero

Ramon Herrero is a member of our Mergers & Acquisitions practice. He advises clients in Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Consumer Products on large-scale transactions and strategic transformations.

Ramon has extensive experience across integrations, separations, and complex enterprise change efforts. He supports management teams through transaction-led initiatives and broader transformation programs, with a focus on delivering cost and revenue synergies and translating strategy into measurable, lasting impact.

In addition to his client work, he leads Familia at Bain locally and is passionate about mentoring and building community within Bain.

Originally from Costa Rica, Ramon holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter.
