William Crosby

William is a member of our Financial Services and Organisation practices, with a focus on strategy, operating model, and performance improvement.

William primarily advises clients in banking and insurance. He is particularly passionate about supporting clients' operating model transformations, and has led programs tackling a wide range of operating model design and implementation challenges, including cross-border models, merger integration, and culture change. He also has significant experience in transforming contact centre operations.

He holds an MBA from London Business School, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Melbourne.
