Nicolas Dumas

Nicolas is a core member of our Healthcare and Life Sciences practice.

He has more than 10 years of strategy consulting experience and has worked with many of the major pharma and med tech companies in Europe and the US.

Before joining Bain, he worked for 6 years in the industry at Sanofi and Ipsen in various leadership roles.

Nicolas has a broad experience in managing and accompanying growth strategies, including internal growth programs, portfolio management and asset allocation but also M&A, business development and other inorganic growth opportunities.

Throughout his career, he has run large transformation programs (cost effectiveness and efficiency, merger integration, carve-outs, etc.) at large and mid-size companies either as an external consultant or in-house.

Nicolas holds an MSc in engineering from Ecole Polytechnique and Master of Public Administration from ENA.
