Kiri Katterhenry

Kiri is a member of our Performance Improvement and Retail practices, with a focus on helping clients deliver transformational results in light of industry disruption.

She has led a number of cost and profitability transformations (focused in Supply Chain and more broadly using Zero Based Budgeting) with CP and retail clients working side by side with them to produce lasting value.

In addition to her client responsibilities, Kiri is passionate about recruiting the best business talent to the firm, and coaching those recruits to find successful, fulfilling careers at Bain.

Prior to joining Bain, Kiri worked in Oil & Gas marketing for Phillips 66. She holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business, and graduated with honors from Rice University with a BA in Economics.

Outside of work, Kiri enjoys traveling with her husband and son.
