Dave is a member of our Performance Improvement and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices.

He has more than 13 years of industry and consulting experience.

Dave has advised global clients in a wide range of industries, including industrial products, automotive, and aerospace & defense. He helps his clients drive profitability through procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain improvement.

Prior to joining Bain, Dave worked for another global consulting firm supporting clients in end-to-end value chain design, manufacturing footprint optimization, and inventory management. He also gained extensive experience during his time at Alcoa, Inc. and ZF Group where he focused on continuous improvement, strategic sourcing, and category management.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and earned his Lean Manufacturing Certification from Alcoa, Inc.
