Francesco is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice, primarily working in the paper & packaging and machinery & equipment sectors. He also has extensive experience in the Pharma sector.

With nearly ten years of experience, Francesco has a proven track record in large post-acquisition transformations and value-creation programs, primarily for private equity funds. His key areas of expertise include performance improvement, with a strong focus on operations excellence—including industrial digitalization—and supply chain optimization, such as inventory reduction and S&OP optimization.

He has also developed deep capabilities in digital solutions for manufacturing and capacity planning, leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and scalability. His work extends to sustainability and decarbonization strategies, supporting clients in their transition to more sustainable operations.

Francesco holds an MSc and BSc in economics and social sciences from Bocconi University.
