Patricia Branch

Patricia Branch is a member of Bain's Retail practice.

She is a highly experienced professional services executive with more than 15 years of management consulting, finance, and business leadership experience.

In her role, she advises clients on creating growth strategies, identifying M&A opportunities and leading geographic expansion efforts across a range of retail sectors, including beauty, apparel, and grocery companies. 

Prior to joining Bain, Patricia worked at another global consulting firm, where she was a leader in the consumer products practice. Her previous experience also includes Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she was an investment strategist in institutional wealth management, and later Africa Agricultural Development company, where she helped lead investments in Ghana for a London-based impact investing firm.

In addition to her leadership in professional services, Patricia is also the co-founder of Capsule NYC, a New-York based luxury streetwear boutique with locations in Harlem and the Bronx, NY.

Patricia completed her BBA at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, before earning an MBA from Harvard Business School.
