Patrik Sandin

Patrik Sandin is a member of our Digital Delivery (Vector) and Sustainability & Responsibility practices.

Patrik focuses on product and experience innovation and venture building. He is passionate about developing business models for, and assisting companies to profitably manage the transition to a sustainable and abundant future.

Patrik has over 20 years of experience as a management consultant working on strategic transformation, M&A, innovation and sustainability related projects for some of the world’s largest companies and Private Equity houses on high-profile projects and deals.

Prior to joining Bain, Patrik was Director of Ventures & Growth at Ericsson ONE where he worked with intrapreneurs in Ericsson across Asia to ideate, design, test and launch new startups from within. Before Ericsson, Patrik was Chairman of The Natural Step International, a sustainability advisory firm and founder of its Greater China offices.

Patrik holds a BSBA from International University of Monaco and Executive Education diplomas from EFL - Lund University in Sweden. He has also attended several programs on Exponential Technologies at Singularity University and is the co-founder of SingularityU Shanghai Chapter.
