Share your journey to Bain.
I graduated from the University at Albany, SUNY with a degree in Accounting and Business Administration. After growing up in the snow, I was ready for a change of scenery — so I made the move to Atlanta. I originally started my career in Advisory, but quickly realized my true passion was in Recruiting, and made the pivot to follow that path.
How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
What really stood out to me about Bain was the culture and the people. The team is incredibly supportive, down-to-earth, and genuinely fun to work with — the high morale across the office makes a big difference in the day-to-day experience.
What should candidates know?
First, be really prepared for the case interviews. It’s not just about having the right answers, but about showing how you think through a problem. Interviewers want to see your thought process and how you approach complex situations. Second, confidence and resilience are key — if you stumble, that’s totally okay. What matters most is how you recover. Staying calm, regrouping, and pushing forward with confidence can actually leave a really strong impression.
