Share your journey to Bain.
After working in undergraduate admissions as a recruiter for events across North America, I joined Bain to continue building meaningful relationships with candidates and to further my professional development.
How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
After meeting the people at Bain, I knew it was the perfect fit for me. During my interview, everyone was so excited, welcoming, kind, and smart — I immediately knew these were the people I wanted to surround myself with.
Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.
My favorite work at Bain always revolves around our people! Whether it's coordinating end-of-year events for Atlanta's Women at Bain (WAB) or overseeing our summer internship program (ACI), bringing people together to celebrate achievements and progress is always a highlight for me.
What advice would you give a candidate interested in recruiting for consulting?
I would encourage candidates to remember that everyone's recruiting journey is unique. It's easy to get caught up comparing yourself to your peers, but it's important to put your blinders on, focus on your own path, and enjoy the process!"
What should candidates know?
Candidates should know that the recruiting process is a two-way street — it's just as much about you getting to know us as it is about us getting to know you. Make sure to highlight what makes you unique in your application, and don't be afraid to be yourself throughout the process.
