Lauren Christman

Lauren is a founding member of Bain's Business Development team. She currently leads the function's Global Partnership strategy, operations and enablement team, supporting the development of Bain's partnership ecosystem worldwide. 

She has nearly 20 years of experience in partnerships, strategy consulting and investment banking. Lauren began her career in investment banking at Wachovia (now Wells Fargo) and Bank of America. She joined Bain as a summer associate in 2009 and worked on projects in strategy, performance improvement and organization. Lauren later served as a practice consultant in Bain's healthcare practice, where she led a variety of operations and IP projects, including development of Bain's annual healthcare Private Equity and M&A Report.

Lauren holds an MBA from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
