About Lisa

Lisa Koetter is a member of the firm's Customer Strategy & Marketing and Retail practices.

Lisa has more than 18 years of consulting experience at Bain and has worked in the firm's Dallas, Sydney and Boston offices.

Throughout her time at Bain, Lisa has advised retail and consumer products companies across restaurants, food and beverage, specialty (including direct to consumer) retail, grocery, and apparel sectors.  She has helped client tackle a broad range of topics including brand and business unit strategy, customer experience design, and organizational change.

Lisa has a deep passion for brand transformations grounded in customer-centricity.  She has helped many clients define and execute a turnaround strategy grounded in the consumer and balancing business impact with customer impact and feasibility.

Beyond her work, Lisa is a leader in our Boston office.  She is a Manager peer group leader and active her office's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts.

Lisa holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, as well as a degree in marketing and political science from Southern Methodist University.
