Nicolas Harlé

Nicolas Harlé is a member of our Financial Services and Enterprise Technology practices.

Nicolas has over 25 years of experience advising senior management teams across Europe, South America and Israel. He mainly supports banking organizations as well as major insurers and fintechs. His recent work has involved digital and data transformations, strategic planning, fintech assessment, and blockchain use case screening.

Examples of his core case work includes, supporting digital and data transformation of large banking players in Europe, South America and Israel; multiple PMI in Europe for one of the largest universal European banks, as well as one of the largest European payment players; assessing fintech impact on banking portfolio of one of top Sovereign Wealth Funds, and supporting medium-term-plan strategy for European insurers, European banks, as well as fintechs.

Prior to joining us, he was a senior partner for another global consulting firm and co-led a small Parisian consulting boutique. While with the latter, he was co-lead of the "digital banking initiative", incepted and led the "blockchain" topic as well as the "fintech" topic.

Nicolas holds an MBA from INSEAD, a B. Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris.

In his personal time, he is a teacher at Science Po and leads a not-for-profit organization that focuses on improving survival of Intensive Care Unit patients.
