Saskia is a member of our Healthcare and Life Sciences and Private Equity practices. She has advised corporate clients across a range of healthcare sectors - primarily pharma, biotech and medtech - and private equity clients investing across the healthcare ecosystem.
She is an expert in strategy, commercial acceleration and leading large transactions from initial commercial due diligence through to integration and post-acquisition value creation. She also has significant experience in commercial due diligence across assets that extend beyond healthcare.
Saskia earned an MBA with high distinction (Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School. She also has a Master of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry from Cambridge University.
