Since joining us in 2010, Priscilla has honed expertise across the customer spectrum, specializing in customer experience, including the Net Promoter System® and NPS Prism, customer journey design, customer-led growth and digital transformation.
Her recent case work, in partnership with life insurance, banking and private equity clients, has also included Agile initiatives, operating model, market entry, IT strategy and cost transformation.
Prior to joining us, Priscilla worked in strategic planning for a leading automotive manufacturer in France and Germany.
She holds an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Bocconi University.
