Since joining us in 2010, Priscilla has honed expertise across the customer spectrum, specializing in customer experience, including the Net Promoter System® and NPS Prism, digital, operating model and cost transformation.
Her recent case work, in partnership with life insurance, banking and private equity clients, has also included Agile initiatives, experience-led operating model, market entry, IT strategy and our proprietary Simple & Digital solution.
Prior to joining us, Priscilla worked in strategic planning for a leading automotive manufacturer in France and Germany.
She holds an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Bocconi University.
