Biografie Molly
Molly Kerr is a partner in Bain & Company’s Boston office. She is a product leader in the Performance Improvement practice, an active contributor in the Healthcare practice and a member of Bain’s training and recruiting teams.
Molly joined Bain in 1996 and has since worked in healthcare, consumer products and financial services. She has worked with clients to develop growth strategies, evaluate acquisition targets, redesign supply chain systems and implement large scale profit improvement programs.
Molly is a member of Bain’s Performance Improvement practice, where she is a leader of the firm’s Service Operations product suite and she focuses on full potential programs, cost reduction and major change programs.
Molly earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, and is a graduate of Stanford University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
