Reynold Strossen is a partner based in Bain & Company’s New York office. He works with both “digital native” technology companies and established industry players in technology and healthcare. He is an expert in the firm’s Customer Strategy & Marketing, Healthcare, Media and Technology practices.
Reynold has particularly deep expertise across growth, customer, marketing and digital, as well as data and analytics. He works with clients on these topics across strategy, optimization and performance improvement, organization and operating model.
Reynold joined the firm in 2007. In addition to Bain, Reynold has worked in the Executive Office of the President of the United States.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago.
