Colleen is an expert in Bain & Company's Global Advanced Analytics Group, based in the firm's San Francisco office.
Colleen has 10 years of experience in the areas of consumer insights and advanced analytics. She has provided consultation and advanced analytical support on consumer segmentations, pricing studies, experimental design, white space analysis, predictive modeling, survey design, brand positioning, and product and value proposition development. She is proficient in advanced applications like latent class analysis, decision trees and complex driver analyses to create customer insights for Bain clients. Colleen is also an expert in using qualitative tools to unveil "whys".
Before joining Bain in 2013, she worked for four years for Ipsos as Marketing Science director. Prior to Ipsos, she spent three years in a client-side role, managing primary research across different phases of products' life cycles. Colleen holds PhD candidacy of Sociology, focused on research methodology.
