John Lariccia is a partner and director in Bain & Company's Atlanta office. He is an expert in Bain's Private Equity practice and a founder of Bain's Private Equity Group in the South. He is also an expert in the firm's Healthcare practice.

Since joining Bain & Company in 2000, John has worked in a number of industries including retailing, construction, manufacturing, media, consumer packaged goods, telecommunications and healthcare. His work experience has included a wide range of projects including corporate turnarounds, operations excellence, growth strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and pricing policies. 

In addition to his time in the Atlanta office, John has worked out of Bain's San Francisco and London offices. 

Prior to joining Bain, John served in the Department of the Air Force's Office of the General Counsel, specializing in government acquisition and resource planning. 

John earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law. He is also a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he received a Bachelor in Business Administration degree in finance with high honors.
