Kenji Mitsui

Kenji Mitsui is a member of our Performance Improvement, Advanced Manufacturing & Services, and Healthcare & Life Sciences practices. 

Kenji has nearly 20 years of consulting experience, leading large-scale transformation programs across a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, industrials, construction and engineering, infrastructure, and private equity funds.

He has deep expertise in strategy, M&A, organizational transformation, performance improvement, and cost optimization. He also actively develops thought leadership in change management and organizational culture across Japan.

Prior to joining us, Kenji served as a managing partner of the Japan and Healthcare practices of another global strategy consulting firm.

Kenji earned his Bachelor's and Master's of Engineering degrees from the University of Tokyo, as well as a Master’s in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
