Laura Hollister is a member of our Change Management and Implementation practice.
A Change Power Index and Risk Dialogue expert, Laura advises our consultants and clients on leadership alignment and change management. She focuses on helping teams identify and mitigate risks, drive organizational engagement and inspire behavioral change.
She is deeply passionate about building and leading high-performing teams, creating best practices and influencing leadership decisions. Her leadership has regularly resulted in new systems and processes, category expansions, new customers and operational cost reductions.
Apart from her client work, she is part of our Boston office summer offsite team.
Prior to joining the firm, Laura held senior strategy, operations and development roles for both Target and The TJX Companies, Inc.
She holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
Laura currently serves on the boards of Northwestern University’s Kellogg Alumni Council and Pete Henderson Society.
