Martha Moreau is the EMEA vice president of our Customer Strategy & Marketing practice, based in Paris.
She has advised clients across a range of industries, including financial services, high tech, manufacturing and private equity. She has focused on topics related to sustainable, profitable organic growth: customer loyalty, customer experience, digital customer engagement and commercial excellence.
She is also an expert in design thinking and brings cutting edge design and co-creation techniques to her client engagements.
Martha previously spent three years as an extern with the World Economic Forum, where she oversaw their cluster of consumer-related verticals, driving a major turnaround in their performance and launching their industry partnership program. She also served as the Director of Institutional Development, based in Geneva.
Martha holds an MBA from INSEAD and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with high distinction from UVA with a degree in Russian Studies and Foreign Affairs.
