In her 25+ years at Bain, Martha has held numerous leadership positions. She is currently the leader of Bain’s Water Security Center of Excellence, which generates critical insights and mobilizes Bain’s expert ecosystem to support clients in their water journey and to advance global water stewardship.

Previously, Martha served as the Vice President of the Social Impact practice, helping oversee Bain’s $1.1bn commitment to pro bono consulting in four areas: Environment, Economic Development, Racial Equity & Social Justice, and Education. Martha holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA in Russian Studies and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.

Based in Chamonix, France, Martha spends her time outside of work trying to keep pace with her family as they climb up and ski down some of the most beautiful mountains in the world. She eagerly awaits the day when her son will be old enough to learn to surf so the playing “field” will be more level.
