Ricardo De Carli
Ricardo De Carli is a member of our Consumer Products practice.
With more than 12 years of consulting experience, Ricardo has worked for large national and multinational groups throughout South America, mainly in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Bolivia, as well as in Europe. He has experience working in a broad range of categories, such as beverages, food, confectionery, animal protein, personal care, home care, among others.
Ricardo has led engagements addressing transformation and full potential strategy, route to market, M&A/post-merger integration (PMI), international strategy, performance improvement, supply chain optimization, commercial due diligence (financial investors and corp M&A), Agile and digital transformation.
Ricardo graduated in economics from the University of São Paulo (USP). He is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
