Sanjay Dhiri is a partner in Bain’s London office and a leader in the firm’s Organization practice. He has also worked extensively in the firm’s Consumer Products practice focusing on organization and strategy.
Sanjay has more than 10 years of consulting experience with Bain & Company. He has led a wide variety of assignments with fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) clients, including corporate and business unit strategy, performance management, customer strategy and organization. In the utilities sector, Sanjay has extensive experience in reorganization, IT operations and cost driver analysis work.
Sanjay has also been a member of the World Economic Forum's Network of Global Future Councils: The Future of Consumption since 2016.
Prior to working at Bain, Sanjay served as a strategy and policy advisor with the Overseas Development Institute and United Nations World Food Program and an economic advisor with the UK Home Office.
Sanjay holds an MA in development economics from the University of Sussex and an MBA from London Business School.
