Steffen Frerichs

Steffen Frerichs is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources practice.

Steffen has more than 11 years of experience in Europe and the Middle East where he advises clients in the energy space to develop their corporate strategy, successfully transform and optimize their efficiency.

Prior to joining Bain in 2022, he worked for a leading management consulting firm in their Düsseldorf and Dubai offices, and for a German utility in different functional and leadership roles.

Steffen holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from University of Bremen as well as a master’s degree from Clausthal University of Technology and also received an MBA from Mannheim Business School. He is fluent in German and English.
