Rich Sheinfeld is a leader in Bain’s Procurement practice, with a focus on industrial and consumer products companies.

Over the past 30 years, Rich has worked closely with clients across a broad range of industries to execute global initiatives focused on driving EBITDA margin improvement and building organizational capabilities. Clients include private equity and leading global firms in diversified manufacturing, communications, aerospace, food services, technology infrastructure, utilities, financial services and the public sector.

One of Rich's primary differentiators is his ability to translate strategic objectives for companies with strong engineering foundations in their core products into actionable programs that deliver significant P&L impact. Areas of expertise include: building leading procurement organizations, M&A due diligence and integration, strategic sourcing of complex goods and services, full range of Source to Pay (S2P) and delivering world class technology and supply chain focused analytics.

Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
