Since joining Bain in 2010, Ricardo has advised clients across the Consumer Products, Advanced Manufacturing & Services, Oil & Gas and Digital spheres. His core capabilities include strategy, organizational redesign, full potential transformation, customer loyalty and corporate governance.
Ricardo’s most recent case work has centered upon the automotive, transportation vehicle and food & beverage sectors.
Prior to joining Bain, Ricardo held positions across marketing, finance and competitive intelligence at both Unilever and Johnson & Johnson.
He holds an MBA from the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management and an industrial and business systems engineering degree from ITESM.
