About Christian
Christian Koenig is a member of our Communications and Media and Private Equity practices.
Throughout his over 10 years in consulting, Christian has advised clients in Europe, Japan and the US on (corporate) due diligence, strategy and portfolio choices, post-merger integrations, and digital and cost transformations. He has recently transferred from Zurich to our Los Angeles office.
His recent work includes: Cost diagnostic/ transformation for a leading media company in the US; Strategy, M&A target screening, diligence, synergy assessment and post-merger integration for a leading ER&D player in Europe; Diligence efforts for leading private equity funds and corporate clients in Europe; and the Digital transformation of a Swiss retail bank and a leading player in payments for retail and corporate clients.
Christian holds a master’s degree in banking and finance and a bachelor’s degree in economics, both from the University of St. Gallen. During his studies, Christian had the opportunity to study at Cornell University, Copenhagen Business School, and the London School of Economics.
He has a wife and 2-year-old son, and loves exploring Southern California with them.
