Since joining Bain in 2008, Ray has served all aspects of the private equity fund lifecycle, including fund strategy, commercial due diligence, post-acquisition value creation planning and pre-sale exit support. His clients have included buyout, hedge, infrastructure, pension and sovereign wealth funds.
Ray’s consumer products clients span a variety of sectors, including apparel and footwear, food and beverage, nutritional products and recreational and leisure facilities. Within these industries, he has led numerous engagements on cross-border trade with China. In addition, his experience spans corporate and business unit strategy, supply chain, route-to-market and digital marketing capabilities.
He holds a bachelor’s degree, with honours, from the University of Melbourne.
