Torben Frenk is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice.
He has worked with many industry-leading machinery & equipment manufacturers and automotive suppliers, supporting them on strategy, operating model, and performance improvement.
Beyond his client work, he co-leads the Bain Service Circle EMEA, a network for C-level service executives of leading manufacturing companies.
Prior to joining us, Torben worked as an application engineer in the industrial automation sector in Germany for five years.
He holds an MBA from the University of Mannheim and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Baden Wuerttemberg Cooperate State University.
