2025 Southeast Asia Summer Receptions for UK/US School Juniors and Seniors – In-Person

If you're a rising junior or senior studying in the UK or US—and you're back in Southeast Asia for the summer—we’d love to connect. Bain’s local teams are hosting in-person summer receptions across the region to give you a closer look at our people, our culture, and the impact you can make here.

Whether you’re just starting to explore consulting or already thinking about applying for a future role, this is a great opportunity to ask questions, hear real stories, and build meaningful connections in an office near you.

Where We’re Hosting Events

Receptions will be held in-person in the following cities:

• Bangkok – July 4 (4:00 PM BKT)
  
• Singapore – July 4 (6:30 PM SGT)
• Manila – July 11 (7:00 PM PHST)
• Ho Chi Minh City – July 11 (7:00 PM VNT)
• Jakarta – July 18 (5:00 PM JKT)
• Kuala Lumpur – July 25 (6:00 PM MYT)

Most events will include a casual dinner or light refreshments, depending on the start time. Some may also feature a short presentation. Events will be hosted at the Bain office or a nearby venue, depending on the city.

What to Know

• Events are invite-only, and capacity is limited
• When applying, you’ll be asked where you’ll be based this summer. You’ll only be considered for the event in that city—travel between cities is not supported
• If selected, we’ll be in touch with full details—but for now, we recommend bookmarking the date for the office in your summer location

Who Should Apply

• Students graduating in 2026 or 2027 (rising juniors and seniors, non-MBA)
• Currently enrolled at universities in the UK or US
• Interested in exploring consulting opportunities in Southeast Asia
• Spending summer 2025 in a Southeast Asia city where Bain has an office
