Mentoring extraordinary women MBA candidates

Overview

One-on-one mentoring for MBA students

You are at the beginning of your MBA journey and will soon have to consider the next steps in your career.

We want to support you in this journey by providing you with a Bain leader as a mentor and a sounding board.

You are eligible for this program if you’re interested in one of our Europe, Middle East, Africa offices.

Your mentor will be personally invested in you, will provide you with all the information you need to make a decision that’s right for you and your career, will support your case prep, introduce you to a diverse mix of Bainies and discuss content you care about.

We accept applications on a rolling basis; the sooner you apply, the better your chances to advance to the next stage. Apply latest by June 30, 2024.

What you will get

  • One-on-one mentorship from a Bain leader
  • In-depth interview coaching
