One-on-one mentoring for MBA students
You are at the beginning of your MBA journey and will soon have to consider the next steps in your career.
We want to support you in this journey by providing you with a Bain leader as a mentor and a sounding board.
You are eligible for this program if you’re interested in one of our Europe, Middle East, Africa offices.
Your mentor will be personally invested in you, will provide you with all the information you need to make a decision that’s right for you and your career, will support your case prep, introduce you to a diverse mix of Bainies and discuss content you care about.
Applications for the Lead to Inspire Fellowship will open in spring 2025.
What you will get
Those that self-identify as women who start their MBA in fall 2024 or January 2025 are encouraged to apply to receive:
- One-on-one mentorship from a Bain leader
- In-depth interview coaching
- Guaranteed invitation to interview for a summer internship with a Bain office in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa

At this time, you must be admitted to one of the schools below to apply to the Lead to Inspire Fellowship.

How do I apply?
Please prepare your CV and your GMAT/GRE score and submit your application through our online portal. You will then be directed to answer video questions on a separate platform to complete your application. Please get ready to describe an achievement you are really proud of and the reason for your choice of a Bain Europe, Middle East, or Africa office.
When you apply, you will be asked to choose 3 offices you are interested in. In order to be considered for the Lead to Inspire Fellowship, please select an office from the Europe, Middle East, or Africa region where you would consider pursuing your career after your MBA. Please note that it will not impact any future position applications.

What is the selection process?
We accept Lead to Inspire Fellowship applications on a rolling basis: the sooner you apply, the higher the chances of getting to the interview stage.
Eligible selected candidates with a strong interest in one of our offices from the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region will be invited for an interview as well as to complete an online assessment (Sova).
Final selections and mentor assignments will be announced in fall.

If I am not invited to be part of the program, does that also mean I will not be invited to interview for a position at Bain?
We have limited spots for this program, so we are unable to invite everyone who applies. Therefore we encourage you to apply for a position regardless of the outcome of your application.

What is the duration of the program?
You will be assigned a mentor upon accepting the fellowship. The program will last for one year.
