Harjot has over 10 years of experience in the Indian consumer goods market. He has led engagements across full potential strategy, go-to-market transformation, qCommerce and offline sales acceleration, marketing excellence, value proposition, brand development, and cost transformation.

He has worked with multinational and Indian clients across food and beverages, personal care, home care, and other consumer categories beyond FMCG, including durables, pharmaceuticals, and financial products. Harjot is particularly focused on building new capabilities for clients in emerging channels and leveraging AI to deliver value across growth and cost improvement opportunities. He has led complex transformations delivering both immediate and long-term results.

Harjot holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Engineering in biotechnology from the University of Delhi.
