Prithviraj Sagi

Prithvi Sagi is a member of our Private Equity practice.

Prithvi primarily focuses on advising leading private equity funds globally across sectors such as financial services, consumer technology, healthcare, technology services and software. He has supported these funds on a host of topics including commercial due diligences, sector scans and fund strategy.

In addition to working with leading PE funds, he has also supported a number of their portfolio companies to help drive value creation post acquisition including go-to-market strategy, pricing and packaging strategy, commercial excellence, etc.

Prithvi also contributed to the “India Private Equity Report 2019".

He earned his MBA from the IIM, Ahmedabad and completed his Bachelor of Technology from IIT, Madras.
