Mark Judah

Mark Judah is a Senior Partner and a leader in Bain’s Financial Services practice.

Mark works with banking, insurance, wealth and asset management clients on their most important strategic and performance challenges, including corporate strategy, organizational effectiveness, M&A, performance improvement, and AI-enabled transformation.

Since joining Bain in London in 2008, Mark has worked across the firm's London, Brazil, and Melbourne offices, building deep expertise in financial services across multiple markets. That cross-market perspective informs how he helps Australian clients think about strategy and transformation in a rapidly changing environment.

Increasingly, Mark's work includes helping financial services institutions understand and act on what AI means for their business — moving beyond experimentation to build the operating models and capabilities needed to compete at scale.

Mark holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne.
