WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Creative Services, part of Bain’s Global Business Services organization, is a team of expert designers who transform complex ideas into powerful visual communications. We support internal stakeholders and client teams around the world through high-impact presentation design, storytelling, and data visualization.
You’ll collaborate closely with business leaders, content owners, and fellow designers to create work that brings clarity to complex information and drives insight and engagement.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Presentation Designer, you’ll work closely with client teams and business partners to provide high-quality, fast-turnaround presentation design support and advice. You’ll develop design solutions that communicate client messages and objectives clearly and effectively.
You’ll bring strong attention to detail and time management to deliver precise, efficient, and timely work.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Produce high-quality, fast-turnaround design work for client teams and business partners in line with Bain and client brand standards
- Support client teams and business partners in delivering work that is accurate and timely
- Advise on layout, design, and technical solutions to make information clear, simple, visually effective, and consistent
- Apply your knowledge of presentation design tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and data visualization
- Work independently or as part of a design team, applying design direction from asset libraries, project owners, and design mentors accurately and consistently
- Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders by seeking clarification, incorporating relevant design feedback, and providing updates on your work
- Manage your workload effectively by estimating task requirements, considering capacity, identifying potential roadblocks, and keeping team collaboration tools up to date
ABOUT YOU
- You understand fundamental design principles and techniques and can apply them effectively in your work
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail across all aspects of a design assignment
- You can manage your time and workload effectively while identifying and communicating potential roadblocks
- You build trusting and collaborative relationships with stakeholders and respond constructively to feedback
- You can work independently or as part of a design team and apply established design direction accurately
- You have 2+ years of experience in a design-focused professional environment
- You have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- You have strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or have an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

This role follows a hybrid working model, requiring at least 2 days per week in the office.
